ATTENTION!
If you have received an email from me with the subject line something like "check out my girlfriend's self-video!" do not open the email. I opened it after getting it from a friend (but did not click the enclosed link) and just opening the email spread it to me.
If you opened it, change your password and log out of your account. Run a virus scan.
