Still Recovering?

Friday- "The Devil Wears Prada" was uber-cute and fun. I even think the boys we brought along liked it. Although Sean smelled like beer. Because he bought a Miller High Life hat, but it was apparently too stark white, so he soaked it in beer before wearing it to make it look dingy. He had me convinced that the hat came smelling like that. I'm gullible.

Saturday- Successful shopping for the night to come. Ended up with a summer-y white skirt, a purple halter with sparklies all around the neckline, and new fun white kitten heel sandals. Pictures to follow, hopefully. Went to the grocery store, asked for fifty sauce containers, went home and made 50 jello shots with Sean. For some reason one of the flavors never quite made it to jello form, but oh well. Went to dinner at El Paisano where they made me eggs/chorizo/refried beans/rice/and tortillas. I was SO happy (this is not on the regular menu). Had at least 4 margaritas, along with a sneaky jello shot in the parking lot with Trish. We also shared a berry blue jello shot with a nice man in the parking lot. His niece, sister, and elderly mother looked on. A proud moment. Anyway, the party bus came and picked us up, took us to a few locations, including the grocery store where I picked up two bottles of Boone's and Bacardi Peach. I definitely was the girl who ended up back on the bus 30 minutes too soon with a bottle of water and Excedrin. A fun night overall, with lots of fun pictures to share when Sean gets them up on the computer.

Sunday - slept till 1 pm, laid on the couch, got McDonald's around 3, spent most of the night suffering for it, cleaned out the cooler at 8:30, went to the store at 9, ate Golden Grahams at 9:45 and went to bed.

A successful weekend, I'd say. But now I'm at work, waiting for 4:30 and one more day off tomorrow. Woohoo.

I need to buy some shorts - I don't have any, and I think I might be playing golf with my parents either tomorrow or this weekend. Usually I suffer through the summer in jeans, but it's supposed to be close to 100 tomorrow and very humid. Even I couldn't take that.
