packing vagabond visions
I was just thinking today of my future travelling goals and this is what they are:
1. Do bicyle tour with friend Callan through Africa (next year or graduation year)
2. Go to Nepal
3. Volunteer for charity project work overseas (possibly Africa, again)
4. India
5. Go Back to Mississippi and revist the home of the blues
6. Go to Africa and see tribal drummers perform
7. See an amazing gospel choir somewhere
I'm taking this awesome elective right now - Traditional Musics of the World and it has made me increasingly interested in ethnomusicology and I want to take time to travel the world and witness performances but cultural music ensembles.
My vagabond spirit is crying out!
Next destination: B.C - May-August 2006 for year 2 of treeplanting.
