You're so careful when I'm in your arms
So I went out with Melissa today. I met her at shul and then after services we left, went back to her house to change, and then went to lunch at Noodles and Company. At noodles I saw Gabe and he told me that I had gotten two call backs. I was soooo excited I was like jumping up and down and screaming. So I made Melissa take me up to school and it turned out that I didn't get two call backs, but I got THREE. How crazy is that? I was the only person who got three. I was completely shocked. I got called back for the role of Maggie (the lead), the role of Diana (the temptress), and the role of Julia (the only character role in the show). For Maggie I'm up against Gabby Furman who I hate. I really want that role. It would be so awesome to get the lead since I don't sing and would never be able to get the lead in a musical. I have a feeling that she is going to get it though because she's a senior and well... she's Gabby and she gets anything she wants. I think I'm probably going to get the role of Diana, which was the role I had initially wanted. I don't have any serious competition for that one. I don't particularly want the role of Julia because I hate character acting and she's old and proper and, well, that's just not me. My competition for that role is Erika and Rachel and that was the only role Erika got called back for so I pretty much think she's a sure thing. I'm not sure who's gonna end up being Max. Both Ben and Seth got called back for it (I'm not sure who else did) but I'm not sure that I really see either of them as Max. I think I see Ben moreso as Max than Seth, but Ben is a sophmore and I'm not sure Ferreira would give a sophmore the lead role. The role of Saunders is going to go to Gabe and Tito is going to go to Greg. Maria will be Andrea, Tito's wife. Maggie will probably (unfortunately) by Gabby, I'll be Diana, and Erika will be Julia. The bellhop will either be Ben or Seth depending on who gets the role of Max.
So after checking the call backs I stopped at the forensics meeting to pick up some scripts to look over for Alex and I to do. Then Melissa and I left and went to Sylvan beach to see Mikey and get free ice cream. Mike was working with some new guy who was cute from far away but not up close. He goes to Calvert Hall and I completely put my foot in my mouth by telling him that I don't think Calvert Hall guys are that hott (or atleast the ones who go to the mixers). Then I got a call from my dad telling me that there were tornado watches and he wanted me to come home. So we left, I went home, and then I fell asleep for like two hours.
