HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! :)
i spent the last few days of 2008 with batchieee and my family. ♥
mich came over to sleepover on tues-wed and we did alot of frivolous fun things although the weather was so hot!
we painted our nails and they are so pretty now. :) then we bought duck porridge from behind and watched what happened in vegas till dinner. i love hollywood's romance comedies, they're so sweet and fairytale-ish! ♥ i think ashton kutcher is too funny already! xD
then late at night, we got greedy so we drank soup and shared a donut! i love oreo donuts! HEE! daddy cooked very very nice instant noodles and we were so tempted to eat it all! we could smell it all the way from my room! 0.0 so ate instant noodles and hokkien mee for lunch the next day! :D weijun cooked the instant noodles and it was not bad, but daddy's one is still the nicest!
before sleeping, we watched PENELOPE, and that was when the conspiracy was revealed! OMG, since when penelope is pronounced as PE-NE-LOP-EE (!!!)? i thought it was pronounced as PEN-NE-LOP. jessica claims that i should be called penelope ang! HAHAHA xD i think i felt very cheated when i found out, i even woke my brother up at 2am to ask him how to pronounce penelope. mich says she now has a friend that pronounces penelope wrongly tooooo. omg we have been cheated souls. x)
on new year's eve, i went out for a very nice dinner with my family at terminal 3. i love delicious food! ♥
i met batchie-o again cos we didn't want to stay in on new year's eve. so we went to marina to count down and watch fireworks! ♥
we had very nice fries at long john's and (icantbelievei'msayingthisbut) the cheese there at long john's is not that bad actually. :D
the fireworks were so pretty! it's my first time watching fireworks on new year's day! it felt so nice to be surrounded by happy people who shouted "happy new year everyone". ♥
then we went to crash conrad's happening party! haha! there was a live band playing there, disco lights, a dance floor, and everything! :D
we also went to the pool side to sloth around, and it was so peaceful there, with the non-operating-but-still-looking-very-pretty singapore flyer as our scenery. :)
