TODAY'S THE DAY!
We head down into St Paul this morning just before noon to the interim US District Court, for my Citizenship Ceremony. YAY! After almost 7 long years the wait will finally be over :) Afterwards we're going out to dinner to celebrate, with
scotchlady and her husband Wally. Snow, stay away!!! Hopefully the "white stuff" won't come till we're all back home again....
I also have some friends from work who are going to be there today, as well as one neighbor with whom I have been riding the bus for the past 6 years or so. It will be nice to have others along for support! I'm not sure what to expect or how long it will take.
And of course I'm busy planning our party on the 23rd. I estimate somewhere between 40 and 45 people, and that's quite a bit of food. LOL. Should keep me busy!
