A day in my life!

May 11, 2006 17:19

Finally! For adayinmylife, here's...

Bloody 6 am This is the first thing I see in the morning... my ugly alarm. But it doesn't work that well anymore, so maybe I can get a new one soon :)

View from my bed. I never have the blends down, it's easier for me to wake up if there's some light in the room.

This is what my bag usually looks like. It's fortunately a bit less heavy today.

For the curious among you, my daily products...

...and the clothes I'm gonna be wearing today.

This is my dog Samson. Say hello Samson! Oh, I see. You're still a bit sleepy then?

But first: Breakfast! Hmm, Frosties.

Since you can't have lunch at school, you have to pack a second breakfast. This is my nice and healthy second breakfast you see there.

All ready, your honey looks like this!

Two quick snaps from the kitchen window. That's not our garden by the way, it's our neighbour's.

7 am Have to leave now. Across the street there is the meadow of another neighbour and his two sheep, of which you can currently see only one.

I walk up the street to the bus station. I'm suddenly running a little late so there won't be a pic of the upper street and the bus.

But hey! Don't forget to say hi to the horses!

I have the rare luck to be able to sit in the bus, so here's a shot from the bus window.

7.20 am Me arrives at school. This is one of our classrooms. The guy in the yellow t-shirt is my friend Benedikt (Bollo), who is currently doing his German homework :)
Usually were are all outside chatting in little groups, as you might be able to see.

Say hi to Christian and Jessica!

This is Alex in all his coolness.

Outside I meet with Nico and Daniel, while Bollo is on his way to class.

Very nice shot of Daniel and Mark (Bredde), who... has his own way of saying hello.

Hendrik and Daniel.

7.35 am The lesson begins. On this pic you can see. Miss Stiller, out teacher-in-training, our usual English teacher Mr. Hopperdietzel (urging Steffi to her seat) and my mate Raphael (in jeansjacket)

I take a seat... and a picture of my mate Phillip, who doesn't like his picture taken but is too sleepy to protest.

Fast forward!! Break time after double English! The guys are relieved.

View from our classrooms/the parking look at the main school building.

Look! They're growing there, just like that!

9.30 am After the break it's time for double Chemistry.

We're eager to learn and highly concentrated. No, really.

Forget about Chemistry! After that and a boring break we have double Music. That nice back belongs to Christoph. His band has recently won a very important contest, and he might get famous now, so here's his famous back for you :)

Christian and Bredde being camera wh0res. I love them guys.

You haven't met those two yet, so let me introduce you to Maren and Alex (Winki).
Music lessons are always very very very boring, unfortunately I might add, that's why Maren is reading a book.

Winki being too cool for words.

We went to get some ice in the small break (there is a tennis club near school that sells some). Well, technically we're not allowed to eat in class... *whistle*

12.55 pm Yay, we're done and I'm waiting for my bus.

This bus is always packed with people. Can't sit.

I'm usually the one doing the cookin' at home since my mum always works late. So what will become of this later on? A tasty curry ^_^

I the meantime it has become very hot, so I need to redress.

Pretty flowers, huh? I'm outside again because it's time to walk my dog.

You can see our house from here!

Loads of enviromental pictures ahead.

View from one of the highest hills I could find.

more sheep! And a lamb.

Now we have to fast forward a little again. After walking the dog, cooking and eating, I had to leave again to take the bus back to school.
Why? Cuz it's band time, baby! I'm part of our school's jazzband (Singer, Percussionist). *loves*

4 pm In the hall I meet this charming young lady. And what does she tell me? She belongs to our drama group, which has already set up the stage in the assembly hall for the play tomorrow.
Bad news. Means we won't be able to use the assembly hall.

*sigh* What do we get instead? the Arts classroom. This way I can't photograph my cool equipment because I'm not able to use my cool equipment! Argh! But these people are some of us, getting set up. There are around 25 of us in the band.

This is Jakob. I've known him for ages, but we're in different years now.

Hello ladies! The girl on the far right is new, can't remember her name *blushes*, but the other two are Anna and Lisa, they are lovely.

Bollo and his sax.

Note: Winki is wearing my hat.

Unfortunately I couldn't take any more pics for I had to sing! :)

5.40 pm I'm on my way back home now, standing at the busstop. This is the hospital you can see from there.

Back home, my mother unfortunately didn't do the dishes like I asked her to.

6.15 pm Homework Time. I have this pile on my desk so I won't forget anything. This pile is constantly there, for some bits and pieces are constantly there, e.g. for revision.

Eugh. You may not see it properly. French vocabulary -_-.

7.30 pm I have to read and review these. Sounds like fun, but sometimes it really isn't, especially when you have to, but I'm working for this comic review site where they let me keep them (and possibly resell them after reading)

9 pm YAY! PC time. Time for some mail checkin'...

...and eljayin'! *g*

After spending 1 1/2 hours at the PC, which is honestly very little for me, I crawl into bed at 10.30 pm! And trust me, you don't wanna see me in my nightgown.

Hope you had a nice day, too ^_^

rl: overall
