So I went to Tower Records after uni today to get Boku no Hanbun and guess what:
FREE POSTER! :DDDV
To be fair, TR has a free poster with everything these days, but when I saw the sticker on the CD that told me to claim my poster, I was plesantly surprised, and it is purdy. This is especially nice since I was never able to put up the poster of Goro-chan that goes everywhere with me since it was too heavy.
I am not as completely in love with 僕の半分 as I was with other recent singles, but it will definitely grow onto me. I bought the LE because I am still not over the fact that even SMAP singles come as limited editions now, but it wasn't really worth it. The DVD contains the Fan Fun Party of the song, but the stupid thing is that they didn't use the original sound but just layered the single's audio over the entire thing. The picture is crisp as fuck, but I am not sure how many times I will actually feel like watching it, for the 400yen extra that it cost me...
In the section "useless things you can buy" there is another recent entry, this:
Mark-06, picked up at FamiMa XD;; In the very same conbini I had my very first Jane Austen-esque romance novel moment, too...
When the clerk handed me my change, he cupped my hand with one of this while putting the change in with the other, lingered, then looked at me and said "Take care", which is definitely not what it says in the handbook. This was in Momoyama, basically the arse-end of the world, because I thought a 10km stroll that would end me up at a different ward at 6pm in the dark was a great idea... of course I jerked and flung my money everywhere. I am not used to people touching me in any way. I jerk every time ;_;
I am reading game of Thrones right now! WHAT A WONDERFUL BOOK! Why have people not screamed louder about it?
I am definitely picking the series back up again now, too.
All the TV I was watching is on hiatus now, time to catch up with the other half! XD
Sorry I haven't been commenting. Recently I have really been stressed. Kyodai students don't get a winter break, we just get deadlines, and I could really use a break, which is why I am just gonna skip on the days I decided to go on a trip...I have fallen into bed every night. It is hard for me right now because I actually know of a lot of exchange students who go home over Christmas and I miss my family.
Anyhow I am not gonna update until next week, so Merry Christmas, guys! Have lovely time!
