I bleached the hair on my arms... it might seem a bit strange to some of you but the little black hairs have been annoying me for way too long. It just looks ugly and makes my skin look even more pale. Now they look like they were bleached by the sun and the ocean and the skin looks slightly more tanned.
Btw, I used special "body hair bleach". I probably wouldn't try that with your usual hair dye.
