hey y'all
Ok, as many of you know, I am in FIVE Secret Santas this year. Yeah, pretty awesome Santa.
Because some of them are due under a month (super junior), I will be trying to get a lot of them done earlier than later, because I honestly don't know how my work flow will be for the next few months, because I do have four big courses (English, Civics and Careers, French and Math) this semester, and when December rolls around, it's just a month away from exams and so things are.. interesting. To keep myself from falling behind in my work, which is always the most important thing (I do have an average of 88% right now guys, don't fret, though), I may be spending nights perfecting essays instead of perfecting fanfictions.
Which is why I will be spending roughly a week and a half for each Secret Santa, depending on how much effort I will be putting into each fic. I do want to give a lot to who will be receiving the fic, so I will be trying for more than 3,000 words for each fic. The roughly week and a half will give me enough time to plan and write the fic, and also ship it up to a beta (which I will be needing - anyone open?), before starting on a new one and also keeping track of the school work that I am currently working on.
Now, seoufulness fills. There are unfortunately a lot of good ones this week, but the Super Junior one I am 1.5k into, so I will probably treat myself with doing a few this week, but I cannot predict how many I will be doing. Honestly, I want to get out of seoulfulness and maybe do one or two per week, and concentrate on some fics that I have tried to finish for so long now and certain challenges.
'Viva', the Yunho/Junsu chaptered fic, will be continuing. But seeing as it is ending in a month, I am not afraid of that entering my schedule, because the chapters are already planned out and just need to be typed. If need be, I will be posting more updates sooner, so that I can finish the update soon, so I can have the Sunday to just write whatever I need to write, or finish whatever homework. Thankfully, my French novel study (le Petit Prince) is finished, and my English novel study (To Kill a Mockingbird) will be finished soon!
I have this REALLY, REALLY BIG MBLAQ fic that I have been trying to write for such a damn long time, now, with Seungho/G.O as the main pairing and B2ST, as per usual. Post Apocalypse!AU ftw. Unfortunately, I have no idea how long it will be, or when I will post it. Right now, it's at 5k, and much to my dismay, it will probably not be finished until after 2013.
Now, depending on how long you've been my friend, you know that I usually go away for Christmas. This year is no exception! I have no idea if it is one week or two weeks this year, or if I will have Wi-Fi, but I can promise you that one week will be off. I would love a week at home so that I can finish the MBLAQ fic or the BTOB fic that I am currently writing, or the challenges, but my parents really, really like vacations.
Most of the due dates are the week of December 14th, so I may have that week before December to do some posting, depending on when my math exam is (there's rumours it's before Christmas break).
This week, I have no idea when though, I will be posting my femmebigbang, which is longer than my other big bangs, so I'm really excited to reveal it to you guys! It's a pairing that I have always wanted to explore, and so I'm happy that I got so far with this fic. Sometime this week, I will cross-post it, or you can go to femmebigbang and wait for when my fic is revealed!
And I guess that that's it, yeobos. There is a lot of shit that is going on for the next few months, and unfortunately, I won't be able to see you that much. But this semi-hiatus is one of the smartest decisions that I have ever made for myself and I am actually surprised with myself.
