This is basically a random thought experiment in fic form. Yes. It’s lived on Tumblr for a week and I haven’t changed my mind about its randomness, which probably means it’s time to post it here.

What a nice thought. I like the fact that River was given a chance to travel for a while before spending her time in jail. The Doctor is such a clever man in this story. Well done.

I like it, quite a lot~ I'm not quite sure where it could fit in my headcanon, but I like the idea that he waited for her down there, that he pulled her out of the lake and took her on adventures. :3

=DDD I'm glad you decided to share it. There is something intriguing about the fact that, in the end, they were both standing on that beach in robot suits . . . and then slipped out the back door. Cool take on what could have happened next!
