Notes: Contains a not very graphic description of a puncture wound. Also, I borrowed the general idea from Philip Pullman.
Disclaimer: I don't own Doctor Who.
Summary: The Doctor is hurt and River has to take care of him.

I adore this completely and utterly! Of course, I usually adore your fics. This was just an excellent adventure story and I love how you wove it all together. Their characterizations! Their interactions! I am running out of reviewing-energy. But I love this story. I am adding it to my LJ memories and I *know* I will reread it in the future. Thank you for posting this.
