(Break has, more or less, commandeered a rather miscellaneous bench and decorated it with a tablecloth. Admittedly, it's a rather plain tablecloth, but it is a tablecloth nonetheless. Aside from the tablecloth, there are some plates (complete with cake) on the table. The rest, however - that is, a couple of empty saucers, a couple of teacups, you know, that kind of thing, is balanced on his head. Evidently, this is quite a usual occurrence for him - if one judges by the fact that it is balanced well and certainly not remotely precariously.

Feel free to join him. He might actually remove the items he has balancing on his head if you do.)
