In other news I have to buy 2 new tires, so that's gonna set me back about $500. Unexpected car maintenance ftw! Arrrgh.

Reddit, mostly. And The Daily What, and some stuff on tumblr now. This seems to be where the weird coalesces.

I'm glad I got the tires taken care of yesterday, since we had our first real winter snow last night. And they put new wipers on, and weren't going to charge me and then accidentally did...so I have vouchers for two free oil changes now. So it set me back a lot, but at least the car's a bit safer to drive now.

Even if I knew how (I don't) or wanted to do it myself, I'd never be able to because one thing apartment complexes generally frown on is people doing car repairs in the parking lot.

God knows how I'd go about changing tires and doing alignments in the lot anyway.
