E BURG!!!
I AM SO HAPPY TO BE BACK IN ELLENSBURG!!!!! I am staying until Wednesday around 10. It is SO AWESOME to be back here! So far I've hung out with Mindy, Seth, Devin, Andy, Meagan, Brandii, and Krystle, and I saw Brandon! I missed them all so much! I still have more people to see too!
I have come to the conclusion that I am going to go to Western Culinary School. Now to tell my parents... haha.
Here's what I've decided. People suck. Haha. But I don't care because I am SO HAPPY TO BE IN ELLENSBURG! And I finally feel like I have some grasp of where my life is going to go. I want to go to Western Culinary. I feel weird not going back to clark or something, but I think maybe I'll be happier doing that. I still need to talk to my parents about it, and people there, but it's in the works. I also am planning on getting a job to be a teacher assistant substitute for the Battle Ground School District. That way I can get caught up on my bills and not go insane from lack of money! haha. I think I am going to stop actively trying to hang out with a few people from Vancouver and such. They've just been causing me drama and pissing me off lately... so if they want to talk to me they can call me... but I'm not going to make it my deal anymore. I just really don't care. (No Aimee, not you!) I think to bring up WC with my parents, I will bake something really extravagent and beautiful and delicious. :-) That will be fun. I LOVE to bake and cook. Someday I want to open my own cafe in downtown portland. Either 23rd Avenue or by Pioneer Square (for those of you who know portland) And Andy is going to manage it! Haha. That'd be so cool. I would never want to manage it myself, but I'd have to have someone I can trust. I couldn't handle firing and hiring people and all that stuff. I'd still always be active in the process. Prolly down there cooking and stuff. I wouldn't be like the owner of the restaurant I work at. I worked there for a year and a half straight and he never even knew my name. I will definetly never be like that.
