he is a bit bigger than that now, and his ears are longer and floppier. his name is sir hobbes, in part because i am fascinated by thomas hobbes, french philosopher, and also because he has TIGER STRIPES. like my favorite comic strip tiger (who was also named after the philosopher).
still working at starbucks, it is okay.
not going to costa rica to save baby sloths, i can't afford it right now. i can't really afford anything, because i keep buying supplies for my senior art thesis exhibition. which has been postponed, until april the 5th. good for the final product, bad for my horrible & merciless & unrelenting procrastination.
still going to tanzania for safari with my aunt, after graduation.
i spoke to moomooface on the cellular phone yesterday and wanted to communicate something to my online lovelies (and other assorted lovelies who use lj). this is that communication, & i promise to not let it be so long until the next one. also, i have a new lj layout. also, i signed up for facebook again, since myspace randomly deleted my profile. search for "emily hope", my profile picture is a fawn. also, i have a new email address, please send all correspondence to dear.emily.hope at gmail.com.
