I am having a housewarming party on Sunday that I am in no way prepared for.
And - have to work Friday and Saturday.
FML.
On the upside, we are suddenly the proud new owners of two fancy computers, which didn't come too soon because my poor, sad little laptop was about to take a shit any day now. I am currently typing on a computer that is almost bigger than my television. I shit you not. Husband wanted the biggest one they make and lord, is it large. The guy who set up the internet today tuned me into the wonderful world of bluetooth file exchange (how I missed this, I still have no idea - most amazing invention ever.) So I have been slowly transferring music and pictures and a whole bunch of writing over to safer locations.
I know that there was a bunch of other stuff I had plans to type out, but at the moment I just really want to tell Red that I'm working on her latest installment and I'm sorry that it's taking so damn long but those little fuckers aren't speaking to me at the moment. I practically have to drag it out of them, which feels weird and wrong so I'm waiting for one of them to decide not to be an asshole and just come talk to me. I'm thinking it might be J who finally gives me something to work with.
