To everything there is a season......

I haven't felt like updating much as of late. It's not that I haven't had things to say, I just haven't felt like typing up all of my thoughts and all of that crazy jazz.

Anywho, let's go back in time a little bit and see where exactly it was that I left off. Let's go back to last week and do a little recap of things.

Friday I received a call while I was out running errands for a job interview to which I had scheduled for Monday. I went to Amy's party which was a fun girls night filled with margaritas and good times, even though it was the exact same thing I was planning on doing on Saturday with everyone over here. Casey picked me up and it was a fun night seeing people I hadn't seen in awhile, but part of me thinks it was a bit awkward too because I don't share certain beliefs that they do on some matters. It was fun though for the most part.

Saturday, I finished cleaning up around my apartment so I would be ready for my own version of the girls night. I must add mine was certainly more entertaining and a lot of fun. I picked Leslie up in Sunbury then we headed off to the store to buy lots of alcohol, which yes there is still a lot here in my apartment, but hey who cares. We got things set up, then started our gaming and the usual name calling. The lovely Amanda arrived sometime after 5 and we invited her to join in on our crazy gaming adventures, but she needs to work on her smack talk. :) Anywho, then Casey showed up with some ice and we all just continued to hang out until the others showed up. Breana came with some chicken enchiladas-- yum! (Oh yeah, it was a mexican themed potluck party). Then Tricia came with the remainder of some extra goodies and then it was time to munch down and enjoy things. We played my Scene It tv edition game and then watched a movie in which a most beautiful man was in it. Massage boy.... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :) hehehe Mary arrived just after the massage boy scene, so we decided to rewind and show it to her and we all just enjoyed it once again. Shortly there after it was decided though that we were going to go to the Lions Den. Casey and Mary bolted out of my apartment at the thought of doing that with us, so it wound up being me, Amanda, Breana, Leslie, and Tricia all piled into Breana's little bug and drove over to the Lions Den. If you want to know more about that trip you'll have to ask. It was some good times though and a night to remember. Oh yeah, I got some cute Valentines gifts from both Breana and Leslie. Breana got me these kissing frogs- hehehe. Leslie got me some cookies, a cute heart mug and a towel to match.

Sunday, Leslie and I decided to do some thrifting. We both managed to get some good finds. We drove around for awhile and picked up some picture frames over at Garden Ridge in Hilliard. Then my parents had called wanting to know if I wanted to have dinner with them, so we met up with them at Longhorn and had a good meal. I dropped Leslie off after that and headed back home to have a weasy evening.

Monday I had a job interview down in Upper Arlington. I thought it went really well, but.... (to be continued shortly) I got a card from Brenda in the mail... awww. And I got a message from Brandon saying we weren't millionaires down in Florida, darn!

Tuesday, Valentines Day. I had 2 valentines- Breana and Leslie. I was in a slight funk, but went and had lunch with Leslie over at Max and Ermas. Yay for some yummy, greasy, cheese fries. Plus I got my package that I had ordered on Amazon- The Office series 2. (I love BBC television) I did some light job searching as usual and don't remember much else of my day.

Wednesday, not a good day at all. I had a panic attack form and it made for a very uncomfortable day. I had another package arrive (Valentines gift from parents). I did a little bit more job searching in between emailing Leslie back and forth much of the day. Add a trip to the grocery store and gym, that was mostly my day, despite feeling like crap the whole day.

Today, much better I must say. I went out to lunch with mom at First Watch. It bought back memories of the days of MUN, then headed off to the mall. I didn't get too much there, just some more cases for my cds. I went to the thrift store on my way home and found a very cute black top which I love and another Grisham for my collection. I only have 3 left before I own them all in hardcover- YES! I decided to get a few extra things done in the apartment though then headed off to meet Breana for dinner at Aladdins. Ooooh that food was soooooooo good and I am still so very much stuffed right now. I think it helped to get out of my apartment for awhile. Oh yeah, back to what I started from Monday. But..... I got rejected for the job today. I'm disappointed, but still trying to remain hopeful that something will come up soon.

Anyway, I guess that's it. My life hasn't been too exciting lately, so I'm sorry if I have bored you.

Time to go watch some Coupling.
