It is SO dead at work the last few weeks. Like, the boss not bothering to yell at us if me and Carrie/me and Holly/etc. going out together for smoke breaks dead. Today was no exception. Dead, dead, dead. So really, with the bossman gone and like, three customers off in the TV eating-area, who cared if we blasted Beastie's 'Paul's Boutique'? Nottaone, lol.

C'mon, like you wouldn't jam to this while waiting for your Ranchero.

And y'know when you're in the car, restaurant, McD's, etc. and it doesn't matter what's playing--just that it has a rhythm that somehow storms into your subconscious and you're boogieing without realizing it? Yea, we had some people unexpectedly bobbing their heads while texting and stuff, like our bosses' friend's wife when she came in with her grandson. Then another regular of ours, a funeral director (who's incredibly handsome and one can tell that his sweetheartness makes his fiancee a VERY happy woman--who's also amazeballs) and his co-worker came in and we told him, "We're not turning the music down!" He didn't mind it, but we did anyway so we could hear wtf he was saying.

But we DID have a plethora of absolute weirdos today, for some reason. Just weird, odd behaviors and stuff. I told Carrie that it was getting to the point that I was gonna turn the volume up all the way so I didn't have to hear them. "WHAT?? I CAN'T HEAR YOU, THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD!" Lolz.

music, work, lolz
