Aww. It was great to see a cocky, snarky Zeke say his mind then peacefully leave as requested. With Casey. If anything cements their place by each other's sides, it's that :)
Ohhhh, thanks for writing this for the Yuletide Cheer. I miss you around here ... though I guess I have no reason to complain with barely being around lately too.
Back to your story. So great how Zeke stood up for his Casey, it was about time. Casey's parents and the rest of the family had kept quiet far too long, but I guess they are so used to it to accept everything Grandpa Dan says and does that they didn't dare to say anything against it. Someone needed to break this through and who, if not Zeke, is the right one for that?
I'm glad that Casey decided to go with him even if this means a Christmas eve without his parents. But I hope this will finally open his parents eyes and they will take his side from now on. If his Grandfather will ever be able to realize what he is doing ... who knows, but if he don't want to be alone one day, he better should think about what Zeke has told him.
Yup... like Zeke could keep things to himself and fume in silence. Nopey-dope! LOVE making him so deliciously, yet respectfully, volatile. ;) Thank you sweets!
Honest to God you made me misty eyed here. I was in jaw drop mode from the beginning and loving Zeke's huge gorgeous balls for slamming Grandpa fucking Dan. I loved the silence and no one interferring but terrified of this horrible human being. When I realized what that man had done to Casey and how heartbreakingly demeaning and fowl I became just as angry with Casey's spineless shitty parents. How could they do that to their own son by letting him be treated this way? I don't know how Casey could hold back tears at all except Zeke, his fortress, was there. The end with him going, laces untied, out the door was perfect as well as that "Yea. you proved that." Zeke sure did. He made Casey feel worth a million. Hugs you senseless my honeybun Love you this holiday and every day. Happy holidayssss Thank you for this. xooxox v
