I'm loving this soooo much. Zeke is seeing another side to 'Freak' Connor and really seems to want to get his co-workers to lay off the guy, without making it too rough for himself at work, of course. And I loved how Casey gave it right back to all of them. Good for him!

I love the little details in this. Zeke's a complete character and the little day to day stuff and flaws makes him more three dimensional. I'm really enjoying this.

Loved the faux-pas at the cooler and how he's beginning to defend Casey now he's met him off the job. The boy's getting under his skin. Good.

CASEY KICKS FREAKIN ASS in EVERY way!!!!! Damn I love him. Wait till Zeke and Casey really get it on. The details you bring out are fantastic. I loved the way Zeke wormed himself into getting to talk to the poor beat up kid. I pictured Zeke jogging and how I would be one of those drooling women peaking at him. Casey being Andre Agassi was too good but kinda sad too. A portrait was painted in the fact that he is very much alone and hopeful of a friend or more. The things he does are really so kind and compassionate it is moving. I can't wait to hear about his story. The directness of his eloquently sarcastic comment back to the stupid cops was THE BEST.

Casey has some incredible swagger in this, and I like the way he's winning Zeke over by degrees without having to plead or alter himself. He reached out a bit at the tennis but he's uncompromising when it comes to his personal ethics. Maybe he senses a bit of a kindred spirit. Zeke's getting bored with the kind of shit the other guys are talking. I want to know why Casey chose this profession and how he got his world view. Zeke's life is tough but he makes a real difference and he has a compassionate and instinctive way with the kid. Totally sucked into this and loving it!!!!
