I'm waiting for the pain to go away in my thumb, which I decided to dump about a cup's worth of boiling water on while trying to make a pitcher of iced coffee! Huzzah! Ow.

'Been busy here. Workworkwork and writing, that's been about it. How's you?

Same. Been on a killer roll lately. Even wrote a page or two on my break at work today. Skived an hour off cos my boss wasn't in. *\o/*

Managed to burn my arm at work last week without even burning it... Too long under the heat lamp refreshing food. I hate covering breaks in the staff canteen...

LOLZ! It's always good, sneaking around the boss and the work, ain't it? I don't get to do it much, but still a thrill! ;) So glad you've got your mojo goin'!! But uh, take care of that arm, eh?? Ow.

I burned my finger recently when the coffee-maker got clogged and I tried to unblock it. Ouchie! I had to soak it in ice water for a bit; it burned like heck. *blows cooling air on your finger*

Yup! It calmed down after a while. Now it's a bit peely and itchy, but nothing like the sunburn I dealt with a few weeks ago... now THAT... was terrible. Oh god, pure hell...

*blows air on YOU*!

I used an ice-gel pack, and it did the job! Water helped too, with some ice. I can't help it--ice is my friend, times like these!! *hugs tight*!

Ouch! I hope you dunked your finger in ice water.

I'm working, working, working, and trying in vain to get more sleep.

Daggit! Why couldn't you have spilled the ice on your hand instead? : (

I should've touched the water to see if it was hot, first. Oh, wait...
