One tree hill concert- The greatest night ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night was the one tree hill concert and it was so amazing!!!! we go in 10 minutes before the shows starts and get these great side balcony seats where we can see everything onstage and backstage! and the door to backstage was right behind us!!!! eeeeeee! First on stage was Bethany Joy Lenz and she was so good. SO GOOD! like Sheryl Crowe good. Amazing. And one quiet point I yelled out (becuase i'm a crazy idiot)- "Haley and Nathan Forever!!!" and she laughed and so did everyone in the audience. it was so cool! ...aparently, like Nikki said, Tyler Hilton was standing behind us for her set, and i tottally missed it, grrr!!!!!!!!! Did i mention was a great night we had?
Then, Tyler Hilton's set- he's really good live. He's got kind of a Ryan Cabrera/John Mayer thing goin' on. but the best part about his set, is when Paul Johansson (Yes, that's Dan Scott!) and That Erika Marsh chick came up from back stage and were standing right behind us!!! ah! (They were the anouncer people for the night. Side story: When Paul was onstage someone yelled out, "you suck Dan!" and he said, "Yeah, i do kind of suck...but thats just my character") So anyways, Dan Scott and Erika Marsh were dirty dancing and making out right behind us! So i didn't want to say anything, but Nikki's brave so she asked Paul for an autograph and he's like, "I cant i gotta go!" and she's like, "please!!" and he's like, "okay." and he signs and says, "you're so cool!" and then he looks at me and says, "At first i thought you were Kristin Dunst." How cool is that? Then he went back onstange with Erika Marsh and gave us the thumbs up sign. it was very cool.
The Wrecker's (Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp) set: I really like Michelle Branch, and Jessica Harp is amazing, but i just kept getting bored during this set. I went to the bathroom, get food, yada yada. the greatest thing about this set was the crazy drunk girls behind us. They Kept yelling at Michelle "We love you!" and saying "Tell the blond girl to shut up!" and "Show us your belly!" (like a million times they yelled this becuase Michelle is 4 months preggers)
Then...Gavin Degraw! can i even express in words how amazing he is? I mean besides being so great live, he's so talented. I love the whole soul/blues dimension he brings to pop. He's like Jason mraz a little. I think with these two guys comes the revival of decent pop- something we havn't seen in a while. Anyways, Gavin Degraw's show was awesome- he's songs were hot, he told all these little stories, he tottally made love to the audience, and it was so cool when he was joking around and started to sing "man of constant sorrw" (really good, too!) and for his encore he sang "Take me down to the paradise city..." it was so great! it was the awesomest show ever!
First i wanted to wait in line for autographs, then i didn't, then i was glad we did. It took like, 45 mintutes! but then...We met Bethany Joy Lenz! And Tyler Hilton! and Jessica Harp! they signed my cd jacket! augh!!! It was so cool! and Jessica Harp told me she liked my shirt! she said, "good shirt"- (its just a green halter top club shirt with a jewled butterfly on it.)
The, as we were walking down the stairs, who did we see in the now practically empty lobby? Gavin Degraw!!!! GAVIN DEGRAW, PEOPLE!!!! he was taking pictures with some girls. i couldn't even talk, but Nikki was cool, she said, can you sign our tickets? and he did! and he was all, "thanks for coming tonight!" it was soooooooooooo cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!
