Mini Update & Things
Well, I'm just dropping by here to say a few things. Mostly updates about what's to come for this community. Read if you're bored/curious/etc. I know I'm bored, so I'm writing this little post up. Enjoy! x)
ONE: The next batch of icons will be my entries for shoujochallenge's 20in20 round. The icons are of Skip Beat! & Yumeiro Patissiere and I'm liking where they're going so far... It turns out I'm going to have to colour some more manga panels for this entry, but they're smaller ones this time so all is good :)
TWO: The next batch of icons after the one above will be a regular icon post of 100+ icons. It'll probably include Kaichou wa Maid-sama, La Corda D'oro, K-ON!!, & Barajou no Kiss. That'll probably come sometime this month 'cause I'm not really sure when exactly.
AND THREE: So I'm doing my usual livejournal lurking things, and I come across iconfiend100! I'm looking through it and think, "oh this looks fun!" but then I see that the last post was from last month, and I get kind of let down because I wanted to do it.
Then I realized, well can't I still do it? I just wouldn't post there 'cause it'd make me feel awkward (however I'm not sure why). I kind of want to try making 100 icons of 1 series because well, I already usually make + post over 100 icons per icon post so I feel like I can manage this.
I was thinking of using one of the theme sets from iconfiend100 as well because I am the worst when it comes to thinking up themes so I'm hoping this is allowed... I will give credit and clearly state that this idea and themes came from iconfiend100 as well as credit to every resource I use.
SO YEAH! Thoughts, everyone? I'll probably end up doing it because ever since I entered my first 20in20, I'm kind of obsessed with challenges like that... so my first try at this 100 Icon Challenge will probably be of Kaichou wa Maid-sama or Ouran Host Club... or maybe another series xD
