From Saturday to Tuesday, I did nothing but watch KO One (Zhong Ji Yi Ban). After watching the first episode in January I'd never brought it out until that Saturday. As the story progressed, I found it not so bad. DING XIAO YU aka Arron Yan is just sdkfji♥♥ XD I love the scene where he plays air piano. I also quite liked the Lei Ke Si story in the beginning. What I didn't like was the ending ...
On another note, I desperately wanted to permanently straighten my hair this holiday, as the permanent curls I had got done in Malaysia were wearing off. After a term of persuading my mum to allow me to do it, she finally agreed as I'd done fairly well in the school mock exams. 'Fairly well' meaning not failing anything. All along I had thought that the permanent straightening of my hair would not exceed $150 and would be around $100. When I went out with Si Yu on Wednesday, we asked for the price of having it done at three different places, and were given $250, $220, and $240. My mum would never let me do it. Even with my own money.
We also went shopping. Or at least, we tried. There really is nowhere to shop here. I really need to get out of this city, as I'm going to be stuck here for the next four years of my life ...
This holiday was supposed to be an actual 'holiday', according to the principal. It was supposed to make up for the weeks of study for the school exams. But I'm expected to accomplish full revision of last year's organic chemistry, an in-depth report analysing a company that builds retirement homes, and the theory work for my computer studies website. I worked so hard last term for this? I guess that's life. Or at least, my life.
If Thary dares to cancel on our trip to Auckland in the end-of-year holiday, I will never forgive her. Because that trip really is everything that I have to look forward to. I'll also need to improve my English next holiday for University too. But that's after I decide what I want to study ...
Next update may be in a few months. But I'm online a few times a week, if not daily. So, yes, I'm still alive.
