Reading Johnny Cash's autobiography. That sentence stuck out to me when I read it, it made me laugh out loud, strangely enough. I just like how he phrased that. How he describes his personal hell.. I don't quite know why my first reaction was GLEE! though but it's a line I could hear coming from a Kevin Smith character. Oh, and 'soft-core pop psychology self hatred'. Hahaha... I love it.
