I'm glad you're enjoying it! Gokey is self-absorbed but in his own mind he thinks he's doing what's best for the town, and it also becomes what's best for him. Though he has quite different and more selfish reasons than deputy Kris, he does deep down want to keep Hope safe.

And PLEASE let Andy be ok. But I think he will be.
I plead the fifth :P
