We need a housemate in Santa Clara ASAP!!
We're looking for a new housemate. Our new guy pulled out at the last minute and the room is available starting July 1st. I've pasted the link and the complete posting below so if you are looking for a place or know someone who is, please spread the word!!

We are looking for a new housemate to take over the rent for one of the rooms in our 3-bedroom 2-bath house that we rent in Santa Clara. The dimensions of the room are 9.42 ft. x 12.12 ft. We are hoping that you can move in as soon as possible (July 1st is our target date but at this point we are flexible). The rent is $556 a month with a deposit of $600. On top of the rent, you will be sharing 1/3 of the utility bills such as PG&E (gas), City of Santa Clara (electricity, garbage, water), AT&T (DSL Internet). You will be sharing the hallway bathroom with one of the housemates.
Other amenities of the house:
● washer and dryer
● central A/C/Heat
● garage (though we use it mostly for storage and park our cars on the driveway/street)
● nice backyard with brick barbecue pit, lawn chairs & tables, and avocado & lemon trees
● a sun room/shed area
● house is mostly furnished with some of our own furniture (your room isn't)
We live in a nice, safe, quiet suburban neighborhood in Santa Clara. The Santa Clara Public Library, Central Park, Safeway, Longs Drugs and a shopping complex are within 10 minutes of walking distance from the house. The house is located close to Kiely, Pruneridge and Homestead.
About your future roommates:
Melissa works as an administrative assistant and is an aspiring opera singer. Dexter is a graphic designer/content specialist for an online events calendar. We like the quietness that our abode provides after a hard day's work. We are laid-back, sociable, friendly, communicative and would be flexible with your needs. We are looking for a housemate who is a right fit for us and our lifestyles.
About animals:
We have a cat living with us. We hope that you like animals and are, hopefully, not allergic to them.
About You:
We prefer if you are a non-smoker. We do not tolerate drug use of any kind. We are hoping that you can commit to renting with us for at least 6 months. You must not be allergic to animals. We value trustworthiness, reliability, good communication skills, and respectfulness in a person. Overall, we hope that you'll be a good if not great housemate!
