Venting
I'm having a bit of a hard time in Japan right now. Of course the one thing I would look forward to the most is the one thing that gets fucked up. I'm a member of aknot. I used Mukunoki's service because I knew I'd eventually want to buy tickets. As soon as Age Quod Agis was announced, I applied for aknot tickets to all of the aknot lives. Oddly enough, Mukunoki replied saying that my aknot membership had expired in January. I was the epitome of "WTF?!" I had only just become a member in the October before. I was so fucking confused, and thought I had missed something huge in signing up to become a member. Did it only last 6 months, not a year, or... I had no idea. At the time, I totally forgot that every fucking thing you get from aknot has your member expiration on it. I tried to explain to Muku that there was no way my membership expired already... but he didn't get it. By the time I realized I had a picture to correct him, he'd totally forgotten about the matter, and replied "Yeah, it expires in October!" I was beyond fuming. I'd missed everything, because of him and the fact that my arrival in Japan was at an awkward time between normal ticket sales. So all of the first leg was sold out by the time I had a Japanese address, and the second leg was just going on sale when I had no fucking idea how to buy tickets yet. I managed on my own to buy 2 Nanba Hatch tickets and one for Biwako Hall in Oosaka, but even the day after they went on sale they were super fucking bad tickets. So I was like hey, Mukunoki, can you help me buy this Club Citta ticket? It's a good one, I'll pay loads for it! (#100). The auction was buy it now and didn't end for 7 hours. He replied saying he missed it, did I want another one (with a link to a new ticket). It sucked, so I said no, and asked for a different one. Couldn't do that one either, so he proferred a final one, a ticket he says is #300 for ¥25000, so I said yes. I get the ticket in the mail, low and behold the ticket is #1184! Isn't that fucking awesome! With service fees, I spent $420 on a ticket in the fucking boonies! Hot damn. This shit is the best.
