It's not a kidnapping if there's no ransom, lady.

An abduction, then- and no more skillfully done when it's one nonsense or the other.

[Give her a moment, and she will settle herself down within her mass of skirts on a half-broken wall, parasol at her side.]

And who might you be, young man?

Abduction's a better way to name it.

Edward Elric, ma'am. And you are?

So I am finding. How terribly mixed up- rather like a draft of strong cognac when one is expecting to imbibe champagne.

[She nods, politely.]

Something like that.

Nice to meet you too. You don't have anyone here that you know of, do you?

[She gives the PCD a look. A lady of high breeding or not, there is intelligence in those eyes, and absolutely no indication of a lack of capability.]

My companion was one Lord Akeldama- a gentleman vampire with blond hair, currently wearing a plum-colored velvet coat over a seafoam-green and purple waistcoat, lavender britches, and a state of unconsciousness.

Have you seen him?

No. Never heard of the name or know of any blond vampires. The closest one I know of is this guy named Hawke.

Given his personality, I wouldn't put it past him. But I don't think so. He calls himself this Faunlyn BloodSpeaker guy. Whatever that means.

I have never heard of the Faunlyn. [Blunt, but with some interest.] Nor have I heard of an appointment of that name.

Is he a vampire?

...He doesn't drink blood. -=that he knows of. Other than that, he doesn't know if the man can be classified as a vampire.=-

And he is not of the fuzzy, howly variety?

No, ma'am. He's of the shirtless variety.

Shirtless!

In permanence?

The last time I saw him in pants and a shirt was at a wedding. That was four months ago.

I see. Then he is not somehow allergic to clothing-?
