Sometimes you appreciate things more in hindsight than you did when you were living it, and thats okay as long as you realize it. It's also the importance of understanding how you ended up where you are because if you like where you are then you can keep living as you've been. Inversely, if your life is a mess it would be a good idea to figure out why.

To look on to the next day is to miss out on the possibilities of the day you are living. Today is real and you can do anything with it.
