Oh man, it feels great to be home! Way to much time spent in the car, I don't think I'm going to leave to house tomorrow. I had a great visit at my mom's, tons of good food and I'm pretty sure I ate more than I usually do in a week in the few days I was out there.
So on Friday, the day before I left, Saturday and Sunday I was witness to three different people all getting a ticket. I think I was a bad luck charm for a few days there or something because that's just crazy! Other than that the driving was pretty uneventful, the weather was beautiful for the drive there and back so there was tons of gorgeous scenery to just sit and stare at.
My Dad turned 41 on Monday and we had a cake for him, everyone else went in on a digital camera for him which he is pretty happy about. It's got a ton of funky features. Me and my brother took him out for dinner the one night because we never know what to get him and he never gives any hints.
Saskatchewan is dry and now my skin feels dry and I'm upset. Ugh. I'm just going to go catch up on shows now.
