(no subject)
today was almost a good day. and last night was pretty damn alright even if i did not do either of the things that i wanted to do. ended up going to brian's to burn some old vhs tapes to dvd. was cool to see some of the old videos of shows and such. a couple of lost friends brought out a tear or two. jamie made a bomb stir-fry. a couple of bottles of wine were opened. one was barely drinkable. one was just plain awful. green bean (brian and jamie's kid) was actually pretty good last night. he can be quite the butthole. and since he is pretty spoiled, he gets away with it. he is gonna grow up to be a rad kid, though, so i am not too worried. he can just annoying as a lot of 2-3 year olds do.
megan and i are at least on good terms again. we talked (texted) through some issues and at least understand where things went wrong. trying to fix them and see what happens. i think we both want to try it out again, but we are going to try and be friends first for a bit and see how that goes. we never really developed as friends, and that was a big problem in our relationship.
sun should be out again tomorrow. been really windypast couple of days. want to go ride since it is still fairly warm in the afternoon. there is a local 5k i want to race in the morning, but $25 is more than i can spare right now - especially at the rate of over a dollar a minute!
made a bomb burritah fest tonight with potatoes, sweet potatoes, tempeh, garlic, onions, bells, mushrooms, pico, and avocados. the onions, bells, and pico all came from the garden. tasty!
