Pork with Garlic-Orange Sauce
To keep my mind off not being with my new (still unnamed) grandson until next weekend, I decided to post these less-than-perfect photos of dinner night before last... which was just barely less-than-perfect, if I do say so myself. Cat, Tishie, Shane and I demolished *ALL* of it (a big half pork loin's worth!)
