Summary: Having deaged, Sasuke is on his way to his brother's room which he has no clue where it is (Anyone is free to run into him before he actaully makes it to Itachi's room)

He waited with a patience he'd grown accustomed to throughout the years, first sitting and then pacing. Slow, precise movements that did nothing but allow him to bide his time. Sasuke was coming to see him--the particulars of it still seemed strange, at least with their relationship and its current...difficulties. His brother had not been so familiar with him in a very long time, and the way he'd sounded over the Junogam did not leave him comforted. Listening to the Caravan's people and observing what had been occurring also left him with unsettling thoughts.

Could Sasuke be--

Itachi was at the door the moment he sensed the other's chakra, similar and changed in ways that made him frown. He should wait to open the door, hear Sasuke call out to him - or, at the very least, knock - but such calmness had grown thin. Peculiar anxiety he could not place. Expectant to see his brother looking back at him rather than up caught him unaware when he did open the door. He stared at him.

"...Sasuke." Bewildered, and he did not bother to hide it.

Sasuke was just about to call out to his brother or attempt to knock when suddenly the door just flew open. He stood there looking just as confused when he saw he was facing Itachi.

Did his brother just grow taller without him realizing it? Normally he wouldn't be looking this high up at the other, at least.

"Nii-san?" He questioned as he continued to stare at the other. There was no denying that this was his brother but it left him a bit uncertain given the situation which he still had no clue about.
