Summary: Kurt is subject to Ianto's scrutiny
for obvious reasons. He's also pretty bored.

Wary, Kurt curled the hand on his thigh, raised his chin and sniffed. "Sixteen." He sat up a little straighter, file on his knee, as if looking taller would make him more threatening. It wouldn't, but it was better than coming off like a sitting duck. "Why?"
It was lamentable, really, how much he wanted to like Ianto. Impeccable appreciation of designer brands aside, he was the only person who seemed to have any form of intelligence or wit about them, and it grabbed Kurt's attention. The rest of him couldn't help but enjoy how easy on the eyes he was, either -- inappropriate as that was -- which lead to some unfortunate staring of his own and, given his lack of subtlety and that the common reaction to being checked out by one's own gender was a ridiculously hair-triggered fight-or-flight response, probably explained the returned stare. Fingers crossed he could add Remarkably Broad Minded to the list of Ianto's redeeming qualities, but he wasn't about to hold his breath.
Maybe he could convince Finn to punch Ianto in the face if he suddenly came at him. Barbaric, yes, but it was a thought.
