Characters: Bonnie and Face
Setting/Location: Day 52/53?
Date & Time: Late afternoon
Warnings: Awkwardness. Seriously.
Summary: Face and Bonnie get some truths revealed.
So far, this was one of Bonnie's favorite towns that they had visited. It was definitely a lot prettier than that last place anyway, the weird Halloween town. This truthing thing was getting to be a serious pain in the butt, though. She'd told more to Damon in five minutes of his arrival than she'd planned to tell him--well, ever, really.
As thrilled as she was to have Damon around, Bonnie had needed some time to not talk and she knew she was no good at shutting up when someone was around to chat with, so she'd excused herself to go take a walk. She wouldn't have minded taking a run through the woods, but she'd just put on her new outfit today and wasn't quite ready for a stain on the skirt or a broken heel on the boots just yet.
She missed home today. Damon's appearance had probably caused that, he always served as a reminder to the life she'd left behind--her real life. A life with her best friend Meredith, with Damon's kind brother Stefan, with overprotective Matt. A life with her parents and her older sister. This life, the life where she was a vampire and she was being transported from one strange town to another? That just couldn't be real. Maybe Arthur was right. Maybe this all had been a dream after all.
Bonnie hoped that she would wake up soon.
