Bally's Gym in Crossgates?
Does anyone use this gym? What do you think of it?
Mostly I'm concerned with cleanliness and how well maintained it is. Also, what the gym culture is like. Are the staff/other member polite/annoying/friendly/whatever?
Also, have you taken any of the classes they offer? What did you think of them?
