[Friends of Keiichi have probably already noticed the missing name on the contact list. He's gone. However, for those that know him well, there's no way he wouldn't leave some form of letter behind for when he disappears. Which is why if you look under his pillow, you will see a hand written letter.]

[First, Spain hurried over to Rena's house. He's really worried about her, and though he's very sad to see that his friend is gone, his first task is to take care of Rena. And so he knocks on her door soon after, hopping from foot to foot to try to dispel the cold as he huddles in his coat.

So cold, sob. He misses home.]

[Hears the knocking and quickly opens the door, not wanting to keep Spain waiting out in the cold and ushers him in.]

C-come in, I don't want you to be cold.

[English]

[He still doesn't understand what she's saying, but the ushering is an almost universal thing. He smiles a little at her, expression somewhat concerned.]

How are you doing?

[He knows she can't understand, but he speaks English in that vague hope that she'll understand a word or too, and his tone and expression.]

[He is right in the fact that she's able to infer what he's saying better when he speaks English than Spanish.]

I...I-I'm doing okay... [A total lie, even if he didn't understand it. Tears were threatening to fall from her eyes but she tries to hold them back best she can. She didn't want to cry in front of Spain and Keiichi wouldn't have liked that.]

[However dense as he can be, he has raised far too many children to believe that, even if he can't really understand what she's saying. He knows a reassurance when he hears one, but he doesn't believe it at all, since he can see those tears.

A sad smile, and then he steps forward and hugs her tightly.]

It'll be okay, Rena. I'm sure he's much happier where he is now...

[And he doesn't know who he's trying to convince, because she can't really understand him...But he says it anyway.]

[Graciously accepts the hug, hugging back tightly. She was really glad Spain had come over; she didn't want to be alone right now.

She sniffs, letting a few tears escape.]

T-thank you, Spain.

[Spanish]

[He just holds her closer, smiling down at her in a reassuring way. He slips into Spanish, the more fluid, calming language and just murmurs to her.]

It'll be okay. He might come back someday, but it's all okay, I promise. You'll be fine...

[His soothing words help her, the feelings behind them speaking louder than the actual meaning of the words.

She sniffs one last time and looks back up at Spain, managing a smile as a silent "thank you".]

[She seems to be feeling a little better. So he releases her and nods, because he can understand the idea behind the 'thank you'. And back to English he goes, speaking slowly.]

It will be okay.

Right.

[So he really was gone...but, what about his belonging in his cottage? Did those just vanish when someone disappeared from Somarium? She didn't know all the details, and now she was a bit curious.]

Maybe we should take one last look at Keiichi's cottage. [She says, gesturing towards the outside]

[He blinks blankly at her gesturing. What? It's difficult to catch Keiichi's very Japanese sounding name amongst the Japanese.

She wants to go outside...?]

[Japanese]

[Gestures around her cottage.]

Keiichi's [And gestures back outside]

[Ooooh. Now he gets it. And he nods, keeping a smile, even though he's upset too. Rena needs the expression, he thinks.]

[Rena smiles back, happy that he understands what she means. And with that, she motions for him to follow her as she heads for the door.]

[He follows her, curious to see if Keiichi had, perhaps...well, left a note or something behind? Maybe he'd known? Or maybe he was there, and something was just wrong with the Dreamberry...

It was always worth hoping for, wasn't it?]

[La la la~ walking in the cold to Keiichi's cottage.

Now at his front door, Rena opens the door and looks around.]

Keiichi? [She knows he isn't there but...it was worth a shot.]
