i WILL NOW, MUCH " SOONER" Than " LATER" break my Psychological Habit of Smoking Ciggerretts, i mean, i now KNOW whut im doing to MYSELF.....and i dont like that........but im still " PHysicly" addicted,
and it still Plauges my subconcioussness........nothing happens by me not putting a goal into action of course.

CO0MMooN)) and i PSYCHOLOGICALLY ANSWER MY BODYS " NEED " BY SMOKEING A CIGGERRETTE. WELL, NOW I AM IN FULL CONTROL, OF THESE THINGS , and they dont in turn control me.........this is whuts GREAT. TRULEY GREAT.......LITERAL MIND OVER MATTER BEGINS TAKING ITS REAL SHAPE AND REAL MEANING.
see i know Smoking itsself is BAD in itsself, BUT IF I SMOKE EVERYTHING SPARINGLY AND ACCORDINGLY....THE BALANCE WILL REMEET AT THE END Sparingly and accordingly. i know this allready...dont worry joe good ol'pal. your lungs are just going to feel that of BLACKNESS Because i know they are....BUUUUTTT>NNooOOooOOWW I even know better.........if i truley MUST smoke for the rest of my life i will DIE in half the time, ALL because i " SMOKED TO MUCH"
