Clock in.
Sign into PropertyPLUS.
Count drawer, record in count binder.
Check email, respond as necessary.
Process internet payments, send confirmation emails.
Answer phones, make reservations, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, check guests out/in, sell ice and beach parking permits, maintain desk log, etc.

Lock pools at 11 p.m.
Make sure all check-ins have arrived, set up lock box with those on their ways.
Print arrival/departure reports.
Put together check-in sheets.
Print non-rental check-in sheets.
Print cleaning report.
Process any remaining internet payments, send confirmation emails.
Enter payment analysis in IR 1 & 2's log books.
Count drawer, record in count binder.
Drop cash and check payments and drawer monies.
Lock back door.
Close blinds.
Turn off all lights.
Clock out.
