Pineapple Express storm that resulted in massive flooding. Weeks later, things are still drying out.
The local radio station brought Michael Broili of
Living Systems Design on the air December 4 to talk about ways to mitigate flooding by rethinking the way we handle all of our water needs. He's the guy that taught the
rainwater harvesting class I took last year, and who designed and installed the Phinney Neighborhood Center system I photographed for the journal entry.
