why is it raining today?
nothing really exciting has been happening lately
i've been keeping busy
just booked my flight out of Amsterdam to Malaga for one part of my spring break, which is coming up. (i am able to stay with my relatives in Holland!! so exciting, but weird cause i haven't seen them in ages, kinda nervious)
Allie will be here in two days! also exciting
the play is coming along well, and is definitely my favorite thing here. my favorite thing anywhere. had a good night on monday
saw "La Mala Educación" another spanish film
saw it with theater friends (i have spanish theater friends, this makes me happy)
had interesting conversation at dinner, planned to contact Luis in NYC this summer for theater, and (as he said) when i'm famous. i wish. (actually that's not true, i've always prefered the limelight)
but it feels good to be able to make friends and have people respect me no matter what language i speak. i mean, my spanish is better, but not perfect (Ivan is constantly making fun of my broken spanish, but all in fun, i laugh too) but we are able to comunicate, and that's what's important.
i want the sun to come out and stay
i want the cold to go away
spanish weather is like a rollercoaster
at least it mirrors how i feel
