Well, I do know how bad my English can be on most occasions, but when a particular customer requested us to revise a quotation we had sent to him earlier, the most immediate reaction was my confusion on hearing it.
"Please state optional beside the over-time fee."
If there is over-time, how can it be an option? Correctly put, it is better to put "if any" no?
