No MC Allowed!
Well, I have been nursing this bad throat since Saturday night after going back to the office in the afternoon to work until evening time and went to nap shortly after reaching home. Little did I know that my voice started to crack and ache so much when I woke up for dinner and didn't feel any better on Sunday.
My voice disappeared by then and didn't return either on Monday, much to my dismay. I could hardly reply to anyone in the office nor make my lunch order to the stall lady for fear she may think that I was teasing her hearing. And between my fever comes and goes for unknown reasons everyday, much to my annoyance as it causes me to be drowsy on several occasions.
Anyways, I must be feeling sick once more when I thought to be recovering this morning as I did not hear the alarm goes off at 0615 at all, and had to rush to wash up, showered, grab some clothes and hail a cab down to Tuas Ave. Or else I would have taken MC since I still feel feverish again if not for the fact that we need to do some accounts closing before we close for Chinese New Year...
