To really workout everyday for 5 days in a row is almost suicidal for me... As days pass by, the almost immediate cramps creep up from two directions shortly on the journey back home lest you least expected: the thighs and the arms. They should have a makeshift bed in the train for such people like me so that we do not almost have to cling onto someone weakly or half-winced in between.
Wait until I diet for at least 6 hours... will show something in here...
