Please, my Lord, I implore you to have mercy of these libertine children in the City of Lights. These poor little, lost sheep would find the way back to the herd with Your guidance. Grant them salvation for their sinful souls I beg you!

Why do they need salvation?

They are indulging themselves in the vice of the original sin.

Which sin is that?

Disobedience to the Lord's teachings, in this case lust.

You mean they're having fun? What a horrid thing to have happen.

"Fun"? There is absolutely no "fun" in those impious actions!

I think people I work with would disagree with that. They always seem to be enjoying themselves.

There is no pleasure in sin unless is brought by the Devil to fool God's Children.

What if one doesn't believe in the Devil? Or God? Or what if one already knows they're forsaken by God?

Perhaps. But a girl has to make a living somehow so I'm sure He could learn to be fine with it. Would he want them to starve?

There are options to avoid starvation. They could always join a religious order an put themselves in service of the Lord. Unfortunately, it seems the way of sin is far more attractive than the way of virtue.

A journey into the eternal fire is more exciting than ensure the salvation of your soul in God's realm?

Not everyone believes in such a thing.

It is the task of those who do preach to those who have lost their faith.
