Since the City appears to favor our return to childhood or transformation into toys or animals, we should try to organize a preventive assistance system for those who are affected during these chaotic weekends. That would be what makes it speshul.

If we like an outfit or a color scheme, we don't seem to deviate from it very much. And of course we're really weird and occasionally inconsistent about how much skin can show, and when.
