The camera viewpoint is not showing much of Lilith herself, the view of the rosebuds is far clearer from that angle, except for her extended hand- peculiar for her nails are unnaturally long and white- a few severed fingers on it. Her numerous gold and silver bracelets are stained in crimson.
A pool of blood keeps spreading over the green grass, there's something in the blood, the video stasis doesn't make it clear but in a flash, the fallen limbs vanish as if they have been melted in acid. Or devoured by the blood.
