(no subject)
I haven't had many exciting things to update about lately, but the very few that ever read my journal have begun to think that I've abandoned them. So, here's your update:
I start school again on Monday. Buh. At least I was smart enough to NOT take the 9:00 AM classes again this semester. My classes are every Monday and Wednesday from 1:00 and 8:00 (I think?) so I can get away with sleeping in late and not having to go to work for two days out of the week! And there will be much rejoicing.
My mom and step-dad woke me up at 5:00 this morning to kick poor Matt out of the house because they don't think that it's "proper" for their 20 year old daughter to make the kind of decision that allows herself to sleep in the same bed as a man. Because she and I both know he could unconciously impregnate me with his fully-clothed penis. Naturally I made them kick me out too; I'm getting pretty used to that by now so it almost has no affect over me whatsoever. Let me just say that it was the most childish, embarressing thing I've seen in a while, and Matt was definately not impressed.
I think I finally got approved for the townhouse today! We better be approved anyways...or the skies will fall and the seas will boil. It's taken us two months to get approved; after they've turned over management twice and lost huge portions of our application! Hopefully I'll be moved in soon. People have been talking about having us throw a huge party to celebrate our moving in, but I think that'll be a no-go. After this much hassle trying to get into the place, I'm not getting kicked out within the first week.
I stole two more of Matt's cookies while he was in the shower. Don't tell him. shhh
